We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the nature of consumable health and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in their original packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
